Ensure all actions are addressed and implemented into the appropriate procedures.
Attend / participate / present in KOM, PPM, HIRAs, and Readiness Reviews.
Follow fabrication activities with Fabrication and Quality teams, attending weekly meetings, providing weekly reports, monitoring schedule and budget. Coordinate all equipment, tooling, consumables, and personnel to perform FAT and SIT of fabricated structures. Ensure all components (REMS and other suppliers’) are delivered to fabrication yard per schedule, and manage any variances avoiding fabrication schedule impact. Confirm fabrication strategy with Fabrication and Procurement teams. Along with REMS Project Engineer and Quality Engineer, manage all quality interfaces and Quality notifications. Ensure delivery of equipment and fabrication services related to the packages. Coordinate with REMS Project Engineer, to support him/her manage all technical interfaces. Ensure that all sub-contracts activities are scheduled and coordinated for all the sub-contracted activities related to the packages, using SAP and Oracle systems. Along with MRP Planner, manage all other suppliers’ documentation (eSMDR), ensuring proper technical authorities and Client’s review/approval per schedule. Coordinate meetings with Clients, Suppliers, and / or Consultants and manage technical and commercial issues relating to the scope. Perform scope EAC/PMR reporting and reviews, alongside Cost Controller and systems PM. Maintain the scope budget and schedule manage change orders. Prepare Technical Bid Evaluation of fabrication proposals and review Commercial Bid Evaluation. Manage all other suppliers’ component delivery (design, procurement, and delivery) with Engineering and Supply Chain thru SAP and Oracle systems. Manage all REMS component delivery (scope part sourcing, MRP demand entry, and component tracking thru SAP system) with MRP Planner. Manage the delivery of scope to the technical and quality requirements. Manage the process from design, procurement, manufacture & fabrication, and load-out, in accordance to schedule and budget, coordinating with MRP Planner, REMS Project Engineer, Quality and Fabrication Team. Confirm CTRs, establish budgets, and set-up WBS for project fabrication scopes.
